HOUSEBOAT – DAY CRUISE
The cruise begins at 11.00 am and finishes at 5.00 pm. The price includes welcome drink, Lunch and tea/coffee with snacks in the afternoon. The price depends on the type of houseboat and number of person travelling.
DAY CRUISE SCHEDULE
On your arrival day, the cruise begins at 11.00 am at Alleppey jetty and moves to different location from Alleppey lake through the Punnamada lake ( Venue of the most famous Nehru trophy Boat race ), and moves to village areas in and around. During the cruising you can see many villages, paddy fields, churches etc and enjoy the real village life, this is the best way to experience Kerala beauty through the backwaters, a chain of lakes and lagoons.This core backwater area is rich in natural beauty with enchanting greenery all around the backwaters, as either side of the river edges the gentle surfing of the coconut palms.
Will have Welcome Drinks, Lunch and Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks in the houseboat itself and will finish the cruising by 5 Pm.
ACTIVITIES IN THE CRUISE
Will have TV with DVD facility. Local fishing rods are available on board for fishing and sightseeing.
Sightseeing areas while cruising : Paddy fields, Coconut lagoons, Resorts, Temples, Churches, Sanctuary Etc.
You can enjoy the sightseeing while you are doing the cruise in the boat and if you want to stop at any places of interest you can inform staff and they will stop the boat for you. Guests can enjoy various activities in and around the surroundings, including fishing and canoeing.
